Pastor Dave is married to Sherry and has six children. He has been serving Open Bible since 1995. He has a great passion for proclaiming the excellency of Christ in our day and encouraging people to find their complete satisfaction in God alone. He delights in carrying the gospel to the world and is yearly on a mission trip to live out the Great Commission. 

Prior to coming to Open Bible, he served for 15 years with The Christian and Missionary Alliance in New York. 

Pastor Dave has begun transitioning to retirement  in July 2021.

Dan, his wife, Heidi and their son, Isaac love to serve God at Open Bible. This family is humbled and excited to be the first cross-cultural missionaries sent from our fellowship with World Team.  Since arriving in the Philippines, they have begun the process of adopting Abigail, whose was looking to be sold by her mother.  

The Wright Family is now living in Antipolo, Philippines where they have planted PURE Church.  They have also begun a ministry to the poor in the Kamandag community where PURE Church has planted another church PURE Church @ Happy Family.  

The Lord has also supplied a fellow laborer from the area, Edson Arsua who helps with the teaching and preaching.  He is currently training Tatay Beng as Pastor of PURE Church at Happy House.  This daughter church is using local members of the community to lead the church. 

On one afternoon a week, there is a Bible study for the ladies in the community as well as a birthing clinic to help address some of the physical needs.

A former Open Bible Day School student, Mrs. Greenlee returns to Open Bible Christian Academy as the high school English teacher, college advisor and high school administrator. Mrs. Greenlee and her husband, David Greenlee, are also longstanding members of Open Bible Church. Her sons, Joshua and Jason both attended Open Bible Christian Academy from K-5 to 12th grade, graduating with honors as Maryland Distinguished Scholar Commended Students. Joshua graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park in December of 2011 with a BA and lives in Delaware.  Jason graduated from Northwestern Christian College and now lives in the St. Paul, Minnesota area

Mrs. Richardson has worked with elementary through high school students for more than twenty years. During that time, she started a children's ministry, assisted her husband with youth ministry, worked in church administration and the music department. Prior to Open Bible Christian Academy, she taught at a Christian school in Louisville, KY. She holds a Bachelors degree in Christian Education and has taught at Open Bible for eight years. She also serves with her husband of 22 years at The Life Center in Essex, where he is Senior Pastor. They have two children who have attended Open Bible.
